Wizard Events is a corporate event management company based in New Delhi. We plan partner summits, leadership meets, annual days, product launches, dealer meets and roadshows in India and abroad. Our own creative and production team works on each one.
Corporate events range from a small leadership dinner to a showcase that tours six cities. As corporate event planners, we start with the purpose of the event, the audience and the budget. Then we work out the venue, the format, the stage and the running order.
On the day, we act as your corporate event organisers. We manage invitations, guest travel, hotels, vendors and the show itself. You deal with one team from the first meeting to the last guest leaving.
